My journey in Canada began in 2019 when I moved from India to pursue a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Alberta. With a passion for working in the oil and gas industry, I initially planned a different career path—but life had other plans. In 2022, I embarked on my own home-buying journey, an exciting yet overwhelming experience. I quickly realized how complex the process can be—navigating mortgage approvals, legal contracts, financial planning, and understanding different neighborhoods. It was a whirlwind of decisions in a short time, and I deeply felt the need for the right guidance to make informed choices. That experience sparked my passion for real estate. I transitioned from engineering into real estate with the goal of making the process easier for others.
